Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment is very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request that you reschedule or cancel 72 hours (3 days) prior to your appointment.
If rescheduled or cancelled within 72 hours (3 days) of your appointment, the following terms apply:
Clients are allowed ONE (1) complimentary reschedule per appointment
Subsequent requests to reschedule may be subject to a Rebooking Deposit (40% of initial service requested)
Your Rebooking Deposit will be applied as a credit towards your next appointment
Failure to paying the Rebooking Deposit may result in loss of appointment and denial of service
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Specialty Service Deposit Policy
Chemical Services, Bridal and other Specialty Services require a deposit (40% of service requested) prior to booking due to the lengthy amount of time required to provide the service.
If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment 72 hours prior to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and must place another deposit when you choose to rebook with us.
